We repeatedly had breakdowns. Had to replace the entire machine after a few short months. Difficulty reaching customer service due to EST and on PST and school and work. Multiple parts have been replaced. After three years my son has barely made 15 small products. Never more than two at a time before a machine malfunction.
I would not recommend this product.

First. I had to enter the year as a title and this took forever. Apple was preset and with holiday dates and can choose your country. So then motifs then did the calendar year 2018 because I did mislabel and made a mistake and bought four all old now and wrong dates. It should not let you order a 2018 calendar in dec if 2018 for 2019. In Apple you could only order the next and correct year. So I wasted 100$+ dollars. Won’t use again. Poor quality compared to apple. Can’t add birthdays or other significant dates in the days section and again no holidays. What a waste😢
