Awful company. I ordered a mattress at the end of August and received an email advising the mattress would be delivered within 14 days or 28 days in busy times. I have chased and chased and been told my mattress would be in the next delivery. I have today received an email that I should hear about delivery after 2nd December. Tomorrow I am going to cancel as that will be nearly 3 months. I will be going elsewhere disgraceful

Excellent service fast delivery good quality item

Received notification parcel was being delivered between 1 and 3 received notification it had been delivered nothing received picture unrecognised as anything. Reported to Hermes received notification would be delivered between 3 and 5 then a further notification would be delivered between 5 and 7 then another notification that they couldn’t deliver because we weren’t in (we’d been in all day!) now reported to Hermes next day nothing received and looking into it. Poor service sounds like my goods are now lost

Great company they check and make sure you have enough food if you haven’t placed an order. This has helped several times when the day of the week is forgotten. Had no problems with orders everything 5star and the meals are tasty mum really enjoys them and she is a fussy eater

This is the second time I have used this company. I like the staff they are friendly and professional but I like the way they speak to you on the phone , not cold like some insurance company staff. I dealt with Wayne and he was truly exceptional and dealt with everything I required and I felt he got me the best rate possible for my future trips.
