Very good customer service. The young chap who served me was absolutely brilliant thank you.

Quick and easy to place an order with Q cut and parcels arrive in 3 to 5days.
The only problem is when your order comes from a company directly and you want to return the product it takes forever to get a refund. I returned a parcel to your zooki on 13/03/23 and still haven’t received a refund from QVC. I now have the hassle of providing evidence I returned the parcel 📦
