We booked the Montserrat tour a few months ago. Literally 17 hours before the event they have cancelled it, no explanation and no apology. The money will be refunded within 5-7 days but that doesn't currently help us as we're here in Barcelona now expecting to go on the tour tomorrow. VERY poor experience, we are extremely disappointed. My suggestion to others is avoid this company at all cost 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Would rate a zero if I could. Attempted to cancel my order 30 minutes after placing it (personal reasons) yet have heard nothing 4 days later. My emails had automated replies, their phones are unobtainable, their live chat is the most ridiculous set up ever. Am now thinking I have fallen for a scam company!!!! Their Facebook page doesn't allow you to message them directly either. Shocking set up. Will take this further as have given them enough chances 🤬🤬🤬
