Cornered

Their team constantly keeps sending canned messages.

Anyone can come to your page spam the negative reviews and they will do nothing about it but send you canned messages.

They can trash your business, you can send the proof - they will not look at it.

Really disappointed with TrustPilot.

They say to reach out to them, but after I don't know how many back and forth with their team, I can confidently say that:

They DO NOT seem to care AT ALL about who leaves reviews. A person left over 3 negative reviews to trash our business and TP did nothing.

We are left with impression that they really do not care. They CS is definition of a terrible way to do CS.

We had an issue

We had an issue, we just kept getting canned responses we no resolution at all.

UPDATE:
- We asked in what form we should submit the proof to tackle a review that is not truthful for us.
- Their Integrity Team informed us and decided that the review will stay.

Contacting TrustPilot's CS or however they call them is a definition of a waste of time. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would.

I left one review and they removed it…

I left one review and they removed it claiming I created fake accounts.. What, lol?

Literally left 1 review for a company I work for since we recently claimed our profile there.

They don't disclose any concrete info on why.

But coming to TrustPilot, I can see why they have such a negative rating here. Literally matches my experience with them.
