i cannot explain in enough detail how much a farce it is with this company

no customer service phone number. not one.

no one takes any responsibility for delivery.

delivery could be 2 days or 10 days ' we just dont know''

i said to the live chat ' im disabled please can someone call me ' live chat said '' not our problem''

been waiting for a delivery, no one gives you updates or a time

i bought this and it said yesterday '' delivery today ''

today it says '' delivery today ''

spoke to amazon where i bought the paint from, via rus oleum site amazon said

' we are aware of numerous issues from numerous customers''

Medication for serious illness they keep messing me around.

Qutiapine medication is used for serious mental health illness. This is my case and my experience.

every prescription i send to Boots pharmacy they accept.

every prescription the same problem

'' sorry we have no stock ''

they make no attempt to contact me . They make no attempt to help me with a similar medication they may have in stock. They make no attempt to tell me when its next in stock-

i have zero trust in Boots Pharmacy

they are fully aware how dangerous it is for me and other people like me to have Quitiapine-sondate or similar.

i need 650 mg daily.

stagering levels of incompetence dealign with me

where on earth do i start with such poor levels of competance.

i got a sim only plan, and cancelled it 2 days later ( legally i have 14 days to cancel ) i didnt realise they was putting up prices in april.

i called customer service in another country (not UK ) they have zero staff in the UK and i found it very difficult commiunicating with their staff.

a manager called lee took the call, nice guy. however he promised he would call me back, with confirmation that he had cancelled my contract.

im disabled so found this whole process ridiculous and staggering, time on phone 2 hours on and off.


guess what im still waiting for "lee' to return my call!

2 days later

i cannot in good faith recommendd this company!

Terrible.awful service

Boots Pharmacy online service is dangerously having NO medication for my illness,also my friends Cancer.

Sondate 200 mg = not in stock.

they take the order made me wait 2 weeks then say ' we cant get this drug'

other suppliers can.

imagine 3 days without this medication i will need to be hospitalised.

i realise there are people with cancer in the UK who are also having issues with their drugs too.

£500 chair. bad experience. on-going. not resolved.

the chair has an issue. i contacted customer service, ( in singapore not the Uk )
if you have disabilities ( like me ) its a BIG issue, as they have NO phone number. you have to wait on live chat for ages.

they ask you questions and ask you to take photos of the issue. ( which i done )

they said
'' you will hear from us ''

which they did, from the warranty department.

they asked me the same questions that live chat did.

this is over 7 days.

im still waiting for the warranty department to make contact, and or send my replacement part.

the part thats faulty is the arm that moves the chair forward / backward.

i have not been able to use this £500 chair for 2 weeks,

i nhave sent email after email.

no one takes responsibility, and customer service do not have a phone number to the warranty department!

this i found really strange.

i asked live chat

'' cant you phone warranty department''

they said

''we only can contact warranty department via email''

at this present time i cannot recommend this company with integrity.

if your a pensioner who doesnt have a smart phone, and only uses the internet, its virtually impossible to cancel.

you have to use the app to wait for an advisor, or, phone them and wait like i hav for 2 hours.

Bought 2 different 'fragrances' both sub par smell.

1. good point, customer service answered my email within 5 days.

2. I have bought Ryiad and then SYDNEY.

I had to send Ryiad back, and they exchanged for SYDNEY. Riyads smell made me feel quite strange / sick.

SYDNEY smelt like an air freshner. It ( for me ) did not smell like perfume or a frangrance. It was so bad i had to take my jacket of and spray a different fragrance.

again this is my direct opinion based on using 2 of this companies ' fragrances'

i have tried 9 for my mercedes.

the app and plug in for the on board computer do NOT talk to each other.

gives incorrect data and wrong alerts.


even worse the customer service, i have sent many emails, no reply. Not 1.

just awful experience

1. taking me 1 minute to load a webpage with this VPN

2. even trying to talk with pure vpns chat, this website takes ages to load.

3. i have speed so slow the free vpn company is faster.


i have been on the live chat with them for 2 hours.

this is what they asked of me

'' please take a screen shot of your speeds ''

it took me 30 miinutes to take the screenshots, then upload them to another website, ( not pure vpn) where they look at them


i then re install the app. pure vpn. and then its still slow,

i ask the customer advisor '

'' shall i upload the speeds for you ''

she then says

' no dont do that as it doesnt mean anything''

the sheer number of times i have been mislead is astonishing.

i can take a lot of meesing about but this is beyond the norm!

Consistently unable to view standard danish TV

1. good customer service / polite and helpful

2. important thing = tv2.dk and dr1.dk cannot be viewed outside of danmark.

in the UK i try to load these pages, and nothing. they do not load. on ANY browser, tried all 4 main browsers.

i reported this months ago, they said ' we are fixing this '

still happening

3. i hope they fix this continuing issue.

awful experience

awful experience. would not do business due to this.


i emailed them / tried live chat / no phone number.

everything to reach them and every avenue is not available for customers.

the only way is 'live chat '

i have sent live chat numerous messages = no reply for 2 months.

they send constant emails about ' re stocking'

i have been trying to buy 50 carharrt long sleeve shirts.

they have not updated this on the website for 3 months!

Could do a lot better

the app has been sluggish, but they seem to have resolved the issue.

main issue with this company is they have my credit card on my accounts, i have active subscription . The subscription AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS. THE CUSTOMER ( me ) has NO way of removing the auto renew.! so if i miss my date, if i wanted to not buy another year from them, the auto renew would take the next years payment. the. ONLY way a customer can stop or prevent auto renew is to speak wityh customer services. which is NOT ideal. Also once your credit card or banking details are on your account, they cannot be removed from an active account. for me both of these are really inconvenient and worrying.

order cannot be fulfilled for 3 weeks !!

sent my order for my obviously urgent psychiatric medication. on 6 november.

they messaged saying ‘ we cannot get your medication until 27 november “


3 weeks without psychiatric medication could see me hospitalised. due to the obvious.

this is the 3 rd time it’s happens with this company

it’s dangerous and very very alarming .

As discussed, whenever there is an item we don't have available, our purchasing department will try to obtain more stock as quickly as possible to fulfil the order.

As we are such a large facility we are able to buy medications in bulk whereas a High Street Pharmacy would not do this, therefore not reaching their quota of medication allowed, a pharmacy is only able to order so much of a medication before the suppliers have to meet the demands of other pharmacies.

We will do everything we can to obtain this for you, but all we can ask is that you order as early as possible.

Terrible service. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

bought item from vinted. they sent it via Evri H00IAA1925910863 tracking number.

its been 11 days. no delivery and the parcel says

'' still in depot'' its been like that on tracking for 4 days.

no help from vinted! none.

they do not reply to emails.

they do not follow anything up.

yes i have reported vinted to the fca and ofcom.

i am closing my vinted account as soon as this farce is dealt with.
