Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. You’re correct in saying that with our current crypto deposit system once a crypto deposit is initiated with a certain coin, it needs to fully expire before another deposit request for a different coin can be made. We do this can be inconvenient, which is why we've added a “Cancel Deposit” option to give users more flexibility moving forward.

While we appreciate you pointing this design flaw out, we’d like to note that this is a usability issue rather than a situation where you lost funds or faced a unfulfilled transaction. We value honest reviews, but we also believe they should reflect your overall experience. Given that your funds were handled securely and the issue is being addressed, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could update your rating to reflect that. A 1-star review for a design flaw such as this one is overkill.
