Poor quality.
In my opinion the item I received was not of the quality I would expect. The Alba longsleeve has nice fabric and a good fit, but the item I received already had noticeable crinkling on the elastic of the collar, which ruined the aesthetic of the item as it made it feel and look cheap. Customer service did not view this as a quality issue or fault.

From what we could see, the item appeared to be in line with the design and materials intended for this product.
We do appreciate that the style or material may not have been to your personal taste, and we’re sorry to hear it wasn’t what you were hoping for. As no manufacturing fault was found, we followed our standard returns policy, which means we weren’t able to cover the return costs in this instance.
That said, we take all customer feedback seriously, and your comments regarding the design have been passed on to our product design team for their review.
