They couldn’t have been any more helpful.Great company to buy from, they were very understanding about my needs and requirements and were able to swap my purchase for a different product when I made a mistake and bought something not quite right. Thanks again to all Especially Matt R, I appreciate everything.

AI Overload

AI Overload so much so that after me leaving a previous negative review on a different review site which they replied to and apologised, they have just emailed me yet again on here to ask about my experience with them. Obviously it’s an automated system that they don’t bother to look at and think maybe we shouldn’t ask them again.
Anyway despite my problems with there lack of human interactions and endless AI phone and online battles to get the information I needed I have still taken out my car insurance with them as they were cheaper. I’m just hoping I don’t ever need to claim or need help this year as I don’t think it’ll be an easy process to get through to them for assistance

No Humans to speak too

No Humans to speak too, I spent over an hour going around in circles trying to confirm a quote. everything is automated and they just refer you to another robot. as a potential new customer I wanted to clarify some details and just couldn't get through to a human no matter what phone number I rang.

I was sceptical but that changed with one simple call

I was extremely sceptical, trying something new that I found online especially when it involves my health, but I was curious enough to make a call.
Chris Markey was the gentleman I spoke to via teams and his honesty and professionalism during this call quickly put my mind at ease as he was NOT an AI response like I was expecting instead he was a genuine human being who had already been through the same issues and problems that I am experiencing. He was a great listener and was able to sympathise and reassure me no matter how awkward the questions may have been.
Further more Chris did not just disappear after the first call he is always there in the background to answer any questions I may about the process. I feel that had I not had Chris as my mentor then I simply would not have engaged with the program.
The blood tests were very easy to do and return and I’m now looking forward to seeing what my results are and what if any treatment plan I am advised.
Definitely recommend doing this especially if your lucky enough to get Chris Markey or someone similar as your mentor.

Total waste of money you can’t cut them without staining them …

I bought 10 white boards but when cutting them to install the very act of cutting them created sawdust which in turn then stained the polystyrene/foam board making it look like I’d spilt tea on it and there is no way to clean it, trust me I tried everything . Absolute waste of money £800 + I would never recommend buying them to anyone. I wish I could rewind the clock and get my money back

I didn't receive my parcel.

I didn't receive my parcel.
When using the tracking app it shows a picture of someone else's doorstep with the legs of a stranger and the note says received by Jones, well my name isn't jones. so wrong door wrong person and wrong name.
I have no way of retrieving it as its been a week and it's not my neighbours as I only have three so I have no idea who has it and DPD think its been delivered.

Nothing I can do except write this review
