Zero Stars… Scam
I wish there was a way to give a zero star review. My 80-year-old mother ordered three of the vegetable and fruit cleaners for Christmas gifts. Upon arrival, they are more like a children’s toy because they are so small. I helped her every step of the way in the process to get a refund. We Jumped through every hoop, the company has set up to make the refund process as complicated as possible. Every time we would be where we thought we were finished and should be getting a refund. They would tell us we had to do one more thing. It cost us over $40 to ship the product back. After shipping them back, they continued to tell us we had to do one thing after another. The latest email I received from them said that we had to remove our dispute from the credit card company before they will give us a refund. My Mom’s credit card company literally told her absolutely do not remove the dispute. They have remained very kind in their responses, but continue to Say the same things over and over. So now I am in a position where I’m going to have to reimburse my mom so that she can buy Christmas presents for the people who do not have one. Shame on this company. By the way, the items shipped from Hong Kong. They are not at all a United States space Company, so be careful.
