I have bought a few items from Peter Tyson and they have been excellent. Quick delivery if items are in stock. Good demo rooms and have an excellent selection of speakers from low end to the very high end. They do excellent interest free credit via PayPal also. Peter Tyson is now my only high end hifi shop in the north east and will definitely use again in the near future.

Great selection of products. Friendly staff on phone and in store . However, I have ordered a lot of products over the past 18 months online . Recently my orders have been very slow to arrive . I’ve had emails etc informing me of delays , but items have been 4-5 days later to arrive than emails have stated . I think I understand why they don’t stock every product but it is frustrating when the website says 2-3 days to dispatch when really it’s 7 days or more. I certainly won’t stop using audio affair . They offer great finance deals on anything over £500 . It’s an excellent service if your buying higher end items , and don’t have the full amount up front . In terms of product range it’s certainly one of the best uk shops . Just wish they could post quicker !!
