Scam. I had an email saying the microchip was expiring which I found odd as I've not received a message like this before. Incredibly convincing as all my details were correct so they've clearly intercepted somehow. I researched and found out this is a scam. Luckily I made no payment but please be aware and don't fall for it. Do not pay.

I had paid my dentist for the whitening treatment course at home. I wanted more gel as I didn't feel the dentist had supplied me with enough syringes of gel. I found the product on happy smile which was a very excellent price compared to what my dentist was charging. I ordered and it arrived within a few days. Faultless service .Very happy.

We had many issues with our laminate flooring after just 3 weeks. Dave Roberts director of budget agreed a full refund after his fitter had removed our flooring. After removal Dave back tracked and refused the refund he initially promised. We were left with no flooring we had paid for. We would never deal with this company again as it's a totally shocking way to treat any customer. We did of course contact trading standards and this case is ongoing.

Very happy with everything from greeting entering store, to being left to look around in peace, to the price of great corner sofa to the lovely service we received on purchase . We wouldn't go anywhere else.
