Worthless guarantee

Service was easy to use but photo flagged as having a colour issue by the passport service. Tried contacting to resolve, which is only via an email adress, but no response... seems their guarantee is worthless

Clean sofa, dirty driveway

Booked online using calendar showing availability, then told actually not available. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Sofa cleaned ok, floor all wet during but we have wooden floor so no real issue for us. If you've got carpet perhaps a problem.

Main issue was that they emptied the dirty water and cleaning fluid out all onto our driveway without asking, leaving dirty markings. So now I have a clean sofa but dirty driveway... they now tell me this is standard practice, so I guess as long as you're happy with that happening you're ok!

Still waiting to actually get my order...

Order by 8pm for next day delivery... 3 days later it turns up and it's the wrong item.

A phone call later and promised they would be in contact next morning to confirm collection and replacement at the same time but hear nothing. Emailed and it takes another day to hear back... collection next day but can't replace and will take up to 4 days to send out another. Not sure how new orders can claim next day but a replacement for their error takes 4 days.

So I'm a week later and still not got what I ordered and probably another 4 days still to wait... assuming it's right this time.

Also, I ordered through Sharkuprights but the emails are from Sharkclean where the price is different so if you do want to gamble and order with them I'd check across both...

A lot slower than I would have expected

Eventually got paid, so that's good, but took some time to get sorted. I missed sending a few items which was my fault but I responded straight away to proceed without them. Took over a week after that to get paid, plus I needed to chase. I sent items to 4 companies at the same time, Music Magpie was the slowest to pay by about 3 or 4 days, despite the marketing of same day payment.

Probably ok if you have a straightforward order but I would have thought this would be easy to get sorted and must happen a lot.
