During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!

Michelle provided epic support! I had several questions and she even provided the IMC short cycle reference i was able to show our inspector allowing me to use outside ambient air versus heated. I will recommend Hoodmart to others!

In less than 2 months of owning my new Replicator+ I have had 2 extruders fail after printing between 10 and 15 different parts. Although the staff is very helpful and friendly that wont buy me new extruders in the future once my 6 month warranty expires.
When the extruder is working correctly the parts turn out as expected. Unfortunately with all of my downtime for confirming the extruder wasn't working correctly (not to mention the filament that was wasted) then waiting for the shipment I wasn't able to use my printer 2 weeks out of the the first 2 months owning it. I'm very disappointed after paying a premium for one of the "Best" 3D printers available today that the extruder isn't more reliable

I was under a severe time crunch to get a rental done by the end of this weekend. All I had to do was call Ken with the measurements and the type of flooring I wanted and he did the rest. In fact I originally wanted a roll of linoleum in our kitchen/family room but Ken recommended a commercial grade floating linoleum that looks amazing installed.
Thanks to Ken and Carrell Rogers Carpet One we signed the rental agreement last night! And the tenants were on the verge of tears when they saw the new flooring installed!
