Been using Wise for over a decade now…

Been using Wise for over a decade now and saved so much money on international transfers. It's gone from a simple way to internationally transfer funds to somewhere where you can hold multiple currencies, earn interest and have a card to use for shopping/ATMs overseas. I hope they keep growing from strength to strength.

Package was returned to sender after…

Package was returned to sender after "many failed delivery attempts" yet there is somebody at the address 24/7 and there have been no slips posted to inform me of an attempted delivery address. Customer service was shocking and not able to offer any information.

The lifetime guarantee is a lie

The lifetime guarantee is a lie. A pair of socks developed two holes very quicky after purchase and I've been trying for months to get them replaced. Whilst making you believe they have UK warehouses, they're actually based in Italy. At one point I finally was sent a list by SOPHIE JULLIEN but was only offered thin lightweight socks to replace my mountain weight pair. They've now stopped responding to my emails.

Speedy service and great price

Speedy service. Gave an amazing price (way better than any other recycle website). Postage was covered. Phone was inspected quickly and payment was immediate. Perfect

Untrustworthy scam artists

Test result did not arrive in time for my flight despite the promise of next day by 10pm. Had a text saying they were sorry but had a high number of tests to deal with. Missed my holiday. No response from the complaint form link they sent. Contacted customer service who said they would refund me as they hadn't been able to fulfil the promised service. Then at midnight I received an email saying they'd booked me in to a new test at 10am that morning. I've missed my bloody holiday what good is a new test! Impossible to get a refund. Absolute joke. Lost a lot of money because I was sold a lie and they don't even have the decency to refund

Turns a blind eye to illegal sales on their platform

They are allowing somebody else to sell my work on their website without permission. I filed a DMCA with them to take the content down and proved I am the rightful copyright owner. They sent an email saying they've taken the shop down, but they haven't. How they can allow such piracy is criminal.

Impossible to speak to customer/seller support and no quality control

EDIT: Updated to 2 stars as I finally got a response and a replacement order

My hoodie arrived late with nothing printed on it.

The 'chat' feature on their website doesn't work. I've tried using the contact form on their website. I've tried sending a direct email to their customer support and seller support. I've also tried sending an email to reviewsupport[at]teespring.com which they themselves tell you to do in response to negative reviews on here. Weeks and weeks and absolutely no response from them.

I apprecaite Covid19 has hit companies hard, but not a single response in such a long time and no clear and transparent public announcement admitting to their struggles right now whilst they still continue to take orders and take people's money is criminal.

What confidence does this instil in those who are using teespring to sell their merch. Unbelievable.

My skepticism was unnecessary

Always scary ordering from these Hong Kong companies but after reading the trust pilot reviews I went for it, couldn't resist at the price too (Sony 16-35 f/2.8 GM £1630). Was provided with a tracking number that updated throughout the process and lens arrived in a few days, way quicker than expected to be honest. Package had strict instructions on it saying it had to be signed for. All in all a smooth and speedy transaction

Given smaller car and rude staff

Was given a smaller car than I booked online. When I asked about this at the desk the staff was very aggressive telling me it was the same car and then charged me extra for a car that I had already booked. So so rude and a terrible start to my trip

Parcel was probably stolen by courier

Parcel was delayed, then 'too late to deliver, then delayed again and then it was magically signed for but never arrived. What's more fishy is that the signature looks perfect and as if attempted to imitate the name on the parcel. I'm sorry but nobody signs those little smartphones with any degree of neatness and so after checking with all neighbours and all houses with the same number in nearby streets I'm lead to believe they stole my package. Avoid like the plague.

And Hermes if you comment below suggesting I get in touch with your useless customer service, I did, and they were useless. So is your claims process.

Was out when they tried to deliver so …

Was out when they tried to deliver so opted to collect it from the depot the next day but they went and chucked it in the delivery van again. Luckily I spotted the delivery van in the area and asked the driver who was great but I wasn't even on his list for delivery that day.
