Worst investment decision I’ve ever made

About a year ago, I started a solo 401(k) account with them with the same risk tolerance as I have with my IRA account with a different company. In the first six months, my investment did not make any money, even though the stock market was doing OK. I was advised to move my money into a very aggressive portfolio. I did so, but in the first six months of this year, my investment made half of what my other IRA account is making. I contacted share builder to roll over my money to my IRA account with the different company, but they are making me jump hoops, have unreasonable demands. Essentially giving me a very hard time to move my money out from Sharebuilder.
I would never trust my money with this company ever again and don’t advise anyone to do so.

Dishonest company

I ordered a few T-shirts form them. Three of them are stained and unwearable. I sent them an email with pictures, and original tag attached, asking for return instructions and/or refund.
They responded that the pictures were not clear enough. I re-sent them the pictures, and there is no response from them
I'll take it up with my cc company and necver order from them again

Disappointing

Three stars for the good itinerary, excellent driver and guide.
In the tour description the hotels were listed as superior and premium. I understand that in Guatemala the infrastructure is different from the UK and the US. Most of our hotels lacked BASIC amenities such as hot water and fans in warm climate and heaters in cold climate, in lieu of air conditioning.
In the information we were told that even if we paid single supplement we MIGHT have to share a room for one night. Instead they added another couple to the promised 12 people, and gave them an extra cabin. As a consequence instead of having a single room we were forced to a triple. This is completely unconscionable and unacceptable.
In Flores instead of the gorgeous Villa Maya Hotel that was promised on the website we were given rooms with the view of a trash filled and probably mosquitos infested lagoon in the Maya International hotel.
Looking back I'll probably remember the beautiful sights, but at the time I felt very deceived by Wild Frontiers.

Etsy has NO customer service

Etsy has NO customer service. If you have an issue with a seller they direct you back to the same seller.
I ordered a bag from J*** bags.
The seller states that they accept returns. They “forgot “ to mention on their site, that returns have to be sent to Israel. The bag was shipped from New York withhout a street address or company name. The seller claims that address is only a distribution center, amd doesn’t accept returns.
The shipping to Israel is prohibitively expensive, so practically there is NO return.
I tried to get help from Etsy, but they referred me back to the seller.
Total scam. Do not order anything valuable from them!

I love their sandals

I love their sandals, but I had to return a recent purchase (due to fit issues, not their fault).
The return process was seamless, and they refuneded my money really fast.

First time with Airbnb

First time with Airbnb; 2for 2 terrible experiences.
The first place was filthy and had plumbing issues that the owner knew before my moving in.
They came to the condo 3 times in one month to fix the problem. That would have been OK as I work during the day, but the plumbers left a mess that the owner refused to take care of.
Second condo is without heating, dishwasher and proper shower.
Owner claims that these are “ minor issues “, so won’t get fixed for one week.
NEVER AGAIN AIRBNB!!!!!!!

Scam alert

I made a parking reservation through them, but at a time I was not able to print out the confirmation. They do not send confirmation emails, so the only proof is printed. When I tried to print the confirmation my credentials did not work on their site. I sent them multiple emails requesting a password reset, but they did not respond. As I have no proof of the reservaton I cancelled the reservation, but again, they did not respond. Now I'm out of $ 150.51 without a proof of reservation.

Two years of nightmare

Two years of nightmare. Based on the excellent reviews I read about this bank I opened a business and a personal checking accounts with them.
After a few months they decided to close my business account (for no apparent reason to me).
Even thoug that account has been closed for almost two years now they cannot separeate the two previously synked accounts.
I linked my account with Venmo (after a two weeks ardous process), just to find out that I was only able to send, but not receive money.
It took an additional two weeks to re-link the accounts.
I also linked my account with my new business account, and found out that for soem reason they got un-linked. After another two weeks of endless calls now they are linked again.
On larger direct deposits from legitimate companies they put a week hold on the deposit.
Fortunately I had no finantial loss, but I wish they would reimburse me for the endless hours they made me spend online and waiting for they terrible customer service to respond. I'm DONE now, but they don't deserve their excellent reputation.

Very honest company

I oredered some stereo equipment from them that did not work in my home. My mistake.
I sent back the equipment, and even thoug one of the boxes was opened they refunded me the full amout I paid.
I wish all the online companies were this honest and easy to deal with.

They take your money and never refund it

I have made a reservation with them for a total of $ 7000.00, but changed my mind, and cancelled throuh my travel agent. He has submitted the request several times, but Azamara have not refunded the full fare.
Today I have been on hold with them for over 3 hours without any success. I think it is totally unprofessional that they are keeping my payment of $ 7000.00 hostage.

The ADs keep coming

Somehow I got on their mailing list. In the emails they send me there is no unsubscribe option.
I sent them multiple emails requesting to be removed from their list, but the ads keep coming.
After reading the reviews here I would NEVER order from them anyway.

Welcome pickups is a scam. Our trip was delayed by a day. I tried to make a change, but the website sent me on a loop. Even though I cancelled the transfer more than 24 hours prior to the schedulesd pickup they took 20% off the refund.
Stay away from this scam of a company!!!

Worst car rental EVER

I rent cars frequently for long periods of time for business . I just discovered Sixt in Denmark, and had a good experience.
A month ago I rented a car from them at their LAX location. I returned the car at 2:30PM on Saturday. Their inspector checked the car in and out carefully, and told me that it was OK. At 1AM on Sunday I got a message from Sixt stating hat there was a MAJOR DAMAGE to the car. All Sunday morning I tried to call Sixt, but could not talk to a human being. Finally I drove to the rental location, and fortunately the car was still in the lot. I checked again with one of their very kind and helpful associate, and she also confirmed, that there was nothing wrong with the car. I took a lot of pictures poving that the car had NO DAMAGE to it, other than the ones that were already noted. I hoped that on Monday I can clear up the issue withtheir Claims Department. On Monday morning, 2 AM, I got a nasty message from Sixt, claming that I refused to cooperate, and asked me to fill out some online forms. Monday morning I spent SEVERAL HOURS before I was able to talk with someone at claims, who told me that the case was closed. Never admiting that they made a mistake, never apologising. Unfortunately they have my CC number, but if they make any additional charges I'll take the issue to my CC company, the BBB, and Consumer Affairs.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM SIXT!!!!!

SCAM

I’ve tried to add several legitimate boarding passes by uploading or scanning. The app refused them multiple times.
I don’t know what their gain is; collecting money on the users behalf or access to bank accounts. Either way, it’s a SCAM. I’m deleting the app and notifying my bank.

Nightmare of a rental

I wish I had read the reviews before renting from this company.
The rental price looked excellent.
They have no curtesy shuttles from the airport, but take you to their shabby site by taxi. The taxi leaves and you are pretty much stranded in a dark ally.
They had my rental reservation, clearly stating that I'd declined the damage waiver, but they claimed that they did not accept my credit card's waiver, so they charged me $ 217 for five days.
When I told them that I don't want to pay that amount they refused to take me back o th airport.
The car I ended up having had no power steering, no power windows , no usb charger, no parking assist and it was filthy with previous renters trash all over in it.
For this kind of money I could have rented from a reputable company.

Scammers, stay away!

I ordered 2 LED floor lamps from this company on 10/25/2020. The total price with shipping was $ 212.08, that was immediately charged to my CC. The expected shipping time was 5-7 weeks. The last day of the 7 weeks was 12/13/20 and the items have not arrived. On the 15th I contacted them, and requested a full refund.
Their response was that I cannot cancel, because it was a final sale, and they have already processed the order. They attached a generic FedEx tracking label, that clearly shows that the items have not even been picked up by FedEx today, on the 16th.
This company really smells like scam. Stay away!

Terrible experience

I made an appointment for a battery change of my watch that is working fine except for the dead battery. I was there 5 minutes before the appointment, but I had to wait 15 minutes in the scorching sun and another 15 minutes inside the store. The first employee was rude and unhelpful. The so called manager promised that they repair person will look at the watch, and the manager will call back within an hour with the results. She did not, so I went back to the store 2 minutes after closing. I had to ask security to find the person. I waited another 15 minutes front of the store when the manager called, pretending she did not know I was waiting there. Naturally the assessment was that my watch needed a $385 service. I called Cartier's HQ, and they referred me back to the store. Another manager called, and sent me a service estimate for the same amount, but did not address any of the issues that the previous manager mentioned. I told her that I don't want to get charged extra for the issues that were not mentioned in her estimate. Her response was that I won't be charged any extra over the estimate. I asked her to put it writing and send it to me in an email, but she refused to do so.
I called Customer Service again where I got the runaround again. This is a so called luxury company that treats it's customers like dirt.
As for the watch; don't buy any of their watches because over the lifetime of the watch you'll re-buy the piece at least once or twice with their ridiculously expensive service.

False advertisement

They sent me a promotion about 25% off one day only. I live in California, and tried to place an order at 10 PM PDST. I got a message stating that the offer expired on 10/28/19.
People; it's still 10/28/19 on the West Coast!!! Are you aware of the fact that there are 4 time zones in the US?
