They provide great products and efficient service. When I've asked a question about a particular product they are friendly and prompt with their response. You can't go wrong with this company!

While Airbnb offers a plethora of listings in a variety of cities/countries, their own customer service is terrible. They list no contact information for Airbnb. I had to google the company to even find a toll free number. Why? Only one of the trips I've booked shows up under my account (the first leg of my trip) but nothing else even though I received an email indicating a confirmation. Now I am unsure whether I have a reservation or not - which is what prompted me to try and call Airbnb! Once I called no one would ever answer. Hard to resolve a problem if they never answer the phone. I think I may have to move to Travelocity for future bookings.
