I've bought a few things from Richer Sounds now over the years and their service levels never waiver, it's always excellent. I bought a soundbar last week and had trouble connecting it to my Panasonic TV because the HDMI (ARC) connection was not clear. (I have 3 HDMI connections but none of them are highlighted as ARC). I contacted the support number and 10 mins later someone called me from one of the stores to tell me that HDMI 2 was my ARC connection (although not highlighted). And of course, the soundbar was also at a great price too.

I received my renewal notice and the price quoted was actually the lowest I could find, even checking on one of the most popular comparison websites. I'm obviously very happy to stay with Policy Expert for another year. my third in a row.

I ordered my appliance ( a dehumidifier) one day and received it the next, you can't say much better than that! I haven't used my new appliance yet so can't comment on that but customer service and delivery are first class from my experience here.

I've had AVG antivirus on my laptop(s) for years now and my machines have always run smoothly without any issues. I chose them after completing some research online - and after hearing that a couple of the 'biggest' names in Antivirus software were larger and 'bloatier' than they needed to be and slowed down your device. I couldn't be happier with AVG and have recommended them to anyone who has asked me about what I use.

I don't have to contact Guru Support very often - which of course is a good thing - but if and when I do they are always very responsive and helpful. If you've dealt with hosting companies before you'll be well aware this is NOT always/often the case! I can heartedly recommend from my experience over the 18 months I've been with them. :-)

Of all the service providers I use for my business Elegant Themes are way, way up there in terms of support. There are many different support agents they use but I've found all to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the ET Divi Theme and software - and general CSS coding to help when solutions aren't readily available within the Theme Settings. Elegant Themes are more than just a service provider to me, they're more of a business partner as I couldn't do what I do to the level I do without them. They get my highest recommendation for a consistent level of fantastic service over many years.

Firstly I would like to say that I have been a client with Tsohost for many years, since 2013/14 when I took out my first hosting account with Vidahost as it was then.
I currently have four different hosting accounts with them, a couple that I started as recently as the latter half of 2019, which is an indication of how well I have thought of them until recently.
And also as a final point of balance, I would like to say that my experience of their technical support team has also been excellent overall, which is the main reason for me not only staying with them for so long but also purchasing more hosting accounts.
My issues started on 17th March this year when they swapped my largest account from a server which always worked very well to one that has been an absolute nightmare almost constantly since then. (I didn't ask for them to swap my server, they told me they were going to do it - but did give me notice).
It has been a nightmare because it is regularly going down and my sites going offline, from anything for a few minutes to over an hour. Today a site I have been working on has gone down at least four times that I'm aware of.
I really do dread to think what the downtime has been on this server since I was swapped over to it in the last 7 weeks. I would guess that it has been closer to 90% than 99.9% and if 90% still sounds quite good imagine how you'd feel about your website(s) being down 72 hours or 3 days a month!
Whenever I call Technical Support they are always very apologetic and understanding - and they tell me that their engineers are aware of a "load on the server" but the issue is way beyond these guys and ladies on the front line. I expect they're probably as fed us and frustrated about it as I am really.
My impression is the issue is almost certainly at a more deep-rooted level within the company and that is why I felt compelled to write this (whilst waiting for the server to come back online AGAIN).
They have refused to take ownership of the problem and suggested the best solution would be for me to move to another hosting contract with a "better" server - but which I'd have to pay more for each month PLUS pay an upfront fee of £167 if I want my websites migrated to the new server by them.
The only 'compensation' I've been offered is two weeks hosting. That's nowhere near what I'd asked and hoped for, which was them to swap me onto a server that doesn't have all these issues and works as well as the one they moved me away from.
However, I don't see that happening so I think my only choice is to move hosting companies, which is a hassle and inconvenience in itself which is the only reason I've put up with this so long - hoping and praying that they'd find the solution to all the issues.
Maybe and hopefully this is just a blip and no one else will suffer the time & energy draining experience that I've endured over the last few weeks, But if not then maybe this will turn out to be a timestamp on a company that's lost its way in both it's technical and customer service abilities.
PS. The server I was moved to was called "Dakota" - if anyone else comes across it and experiences anything of the same.
UPDATE: Before writing this I had not looked at any other reviews but after clicking on the other 1* reviews afterwards I found a lot of similar comments to mine about the recent service and quality of this businesses products. Please check these 1* reviews out for yourself in order to make a fully informed decision on choosing Tsohost as your website hosting provider.
