Pretends to ship from UK

Pretends to ship from UK, but came from usa. Ordered 100% merino wool shirt, but the tag says 67% viscose and 33% polyester. Scam company.
Did get a generic reply within 5mins of my complaint but yet to see whether I get a refund.

Mudproof

Trousers are great. Maybe even better than the GP PRO Rescue I ve lived in near 24/7 the recent 3 years. Location of pockets is great. Fabric is easy with the wellie-deep splashing mud I'm traversing, looking after the horses. Have to add RVRC went beyond fantastic customer service when I had a problem with their waterproof range. I'd avoid their waterproofs like the plague, but all other purchases have been amazing.

My review on their website got rejected as I referenced to pricing.
I will say here, you can get much better quality merino products for 20-40% of Smartwools pricing.
The jacket I purchased is so breathable it's quite useless.

Broken promise to refund.

*Update* now a couple of days later have been refunded*
Ordered on the 9th, order didn't ship because one brush was out of stock, which I only found out when I rang them. Canceled the order after dpd messed up, viovet promised to refund straight away when order would be on it's return journey. Dpd app showed within an hour 'cancelled/returned.
Phoned again 4 days later, another promise of refunding straight away, yet nothing in my account.
Mistake on mistake on mistake. Having a 20minute wait the three times I had to phone them doesn't help either. Email replies take them a week too. Avoid this company.

I hope you can accept my sincere apologies for this delay with your order. I am very sorry your order was not delivered on time and I can only imagine how frustrating this is for you.

We are in regular communication with our courier partners to ensure measures are put in place to prioritise our customer orders as much as they can. As a pet owner myself I know how important our extended animal family are to us, and we are ensuring all our customers orders are prepared and delivered as quickly as possible.

I have checked your order and unfortunately it appears DPD have not yet returned your order to our warehouse as we requested. Typically this process is no more than 48 working hours, and on return, we process your refund. As this did not happen within the usual time frame this did unfortunately delay your refund, though I can see this has since been done for you now. We will continue to chase your order internally with DPD from here.

I am really saddened to know that you have received poor service from our Customer Service team here at VioVet. As I am responsible for the team I hope you can accept my extended apologies for this, and I would like to reassure you that this will be fully investigated to ensure we are following the correct protocol when things do not go as planned. We hate letting our customers down at VioVet, and we will be extra vigilent to ensure this isn't repeated.

I am very sorry that this experience with VioVet was not a positive one. We take customer experience very seriously and I really hope that you can accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Viovet didn't ship the order for a…

Viovet didn't ship the order for a week, without any communication, because, when I rang them, apparently only one brush was out of stock on a £90 order with important hoofcare products.
Then on top of this, I've been waiting for 2 hours for DPD delivery today, and suddenly they've been whilst I was at home waiting for them, now my horse needs to wait another two days to receive the necessary care. This was definitely my last order from Viovet. Good prices but terrible service. Previously also experienced damaged goods whilst shipping.

Zero communication, no goods received.

Zero communication (email, phone, call back message, messenger) after order hasnt been shipped within promised 4 days. Social media full of customers with similar issues, some already waiting 6 weeks on their goods without any communication. Avoid equus at all cost.

Chafe chafe chafe

So excited when they arrived. Wore them almost everyday for two weeks, been superb. Until I started wearing them without merinoleggins. They chafe on several points so unsuitable for long distance walking. Even just short walks in town chafes too annoyingly on my backside upperlegs. With pain in my heart I changed my mind; DO NOT BUY THESE PANTS. They look amazing, but that's about it unfortunately. Zips are flimsy as well, especially the uppervent-zips. £107, unworthy overpriced for uncomfy pants.
