Your site is treated as SPAM so I never received your initial notification. After request on status I eventually did receive info in my normal mail box.
Upon reading everything, getting Office installed sounded like a real Rube Goldberg endeavor bordering on backdoor malware.
Fortunately I was able to fix my corrupted version.
Your product was never used.
Company's reply was pure nonsense ala 'oh, we're so sorry.' ' Please call us for assistance. TOO LATE.

We apologize that you have not received your order yet. We process nursery orders 3-10 business days from when the zone opens, or when we receive your order. Your order was shipped on 6/7 and you should receive an email with tracking number.
