Cycling Classes when they happen are always brilliant, but too frequently now classes are cancelled early in the day, and there appears to be no cover or substitute instructor available to allow the session to carry on as programmed. Are you short staffed?

Usual Ecco quality of build, but the back of the shoe is narrower and very stiff, as opposed to my last pair (Soft 7) which were super comfy from day one. 2 weeks later and no different...blisters on back of ankle...Cannot wear again for a while which is disappointing.

Our aim is to produce shoes that fit from heel to instep and allow our customer's toes to move freely, we are thus very sorry to hear about your experience with our product.
Our shoe range varies greatly within different models, due to technologies, materials, and stitching used, therefore every model might feel a little different, and sometimes you need to try on more than one pair and size to find your perfect fit.
Please, find some recommendations below on how to make your shoes fit more comfortably:
- The use of thicker socks – which can provide additional protection against abrasions, and fill more of the volume in shoes which are oversized;
- Replacing the insoles with thinner or thicker models – which allows the heel height to be adjusted;
- Half insoles – such as ECCO HEEL SUPPORT – provides an ideal fit, suitable with half sizes;

The A25 is a little larger than I was expecting, but the frustration is with the button operation which is temperamental One clicks in a regular quick press to access the different lighting modes, yet the button is 'loose' and there is no firm 'click' action, so it's a lottery to see what light appears. You just have to keep trying until the light mode you want comes on!
UV light is cool, and glows green on switch off which why I'm keeping it.
