Should have listened to the old saying.....if something looks too good to be true it usually is!
Fell for the tiktok advert and now trying to get money back from my bank as suprise, suprise no trainers arrived and no response to my emails either....AVOID!!!

Bought the handi rack roof bars and handi holdall from Halfords as an alternative to fixed roof bars and box.
In essence this is a great product, however it is not fit for purpose in the rain.
While travelling back from Cornwall in torrential rain, the straps that fasten the inflatable bars started dripping into all 4 doors of the car.
The headlining of my car was sodden, as well as my clothes and car seat.
Which made for a very uncomfortable journey home.
I have also just had my car washed upon returning home and now have scratches on my roof from the inflatable bars.
Tried T cut to no avail, so all in all not a great experience and wish I'd paid extra for a proper roof box and roof bars.

Ordered a card slot phone case for my Samsung s20 ultra, completely different phone case arrived approx 10 days later.
Contacted customer services who offered me a 20% discount to keep the case or I could post back for a refund at my cost.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Avoid these jokers like the plague, I wouldn't even rate as a 1 star but that is the lowest this site will allow.
20+ phone calls, spoken to 5 managers, customer relations, numerous failed collections, still not received full refund after 2+ months of trying. A complete joke of a company, never again will I order from them.
