One thing is for sure. If they were able to deliver as quick as they withdraw the money on your account... Then Amazon would stand no chance at all

However, the situation is that you pay immediate, and then you wait... And you wait.. And you wait.. And you check the delivery status on eGlobalCentral tracking service for the thousands time, just to be informed about the same status - "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible."

Having written dozens of mails with a couple of responds, still the clarification of delivery is missing.

Then I started request the full refund, including the amount paid for shipping and insurance, but no answers.. So you wait.. and write.. and wait.. and write..

Terrible service and for me it was money out the window, since no products were delivered.
- Makes you think.. Where is the money you paid for insurance and what are they used for?
