I read all these reviews after placing an order a week ago (I wish I read these reviews first). Order still hasn't shipped yet. I asked customer service to give them a chance, and they say: "Very sorry to ship your order late because some items of your order were out of stock, we should contact you about this situation earlier, but there are too many orders, hope you can understand." Save yourself the trouble, and go order off Amazon or something :)
