Friendly staff, very informative flight crew, on time flights. Resort accommodation lovely.

The flowers arrived on the day I requested, I was advised of an approximate time for delivery. The bunch was beautiful and as described. I use Flying Flowers to send them to my aunt who is 89 years old. They brighten her day and makes her feel less lonely as she is housebound.

Ordered outdoor furniture 03/04/21. Was told 12 week delivery....On 15th June e.mail to let me know furniture now with dispatch company....despite many calls both CRT & Furdeco are messing me about. Out & Out have been quick to resond to any e.mail i've sent however are taking no responsability for delivery despite my contract being with them. After tomorrow 16/07/21 i've had enough i'll be asking for a full refund & if it's not forth coming i'll let the bank & fraud sqaud deal with it.🤬
