Excellent Service

I ordered a PA system from Gear4music, the PA system was delivered in 2days, with Gear4music keeping me informed on the progress of my order. The system was exactly as described and works well.

Great holiday experience

I have been skiing with Skibeat most years for the last 13 years, great company, great chalets and above all great chalet hosts. The chalets are always accurately described on the website, I have always found that the other guests are likeminded people who have enhanced the holiday experience, great cakes when you get back from a day skiing.

Very Disappointed & Frustrated

I ordered my Hive heating control on the 2/12/19 with a delivery date of 24/12/19. I was then contacted on 16/12 and told that there was a delay and it will not be delivered and installed until 10/2/20. Hive did not delay in taking my money, which they took on the date I put my order in.
To add insult to injury Hive keep emailing me to give me tips on how to get the most out of my Hive heating control, which I would love to be able to do if I had one. Today they sent me an email asking me to evaluate my recent purchase, very frustrating !!!!!

Great chalet holiday.

We have used Ski Beat repeatly over the last 12 years, always a great standard and value for money. We were so impressed with hosts Nicky and Jack at chalet Beriozka in January that we booked again in March and had another great week. Booking online is easy and straightforward, also the team at Brighton are always helpful and knowledgeable if help is needed. Already looking forward to next years skiing trips with Ski Beat.

Shimano UM55 BB

Shimano UM55 BB was a great replacement for my worn out LP26, excellent service from Chain Reaction meant my MTB was quickly back in use.
