Stayed at Colchester hotel in March 2026, the place was uninviting, we were charged £20 for checking in early & £8 day for parking. The hotel was cold throughout, housekeeping was restricted to every two days so you had to wash your own cups and glasses and ask for toilet rolls, milk & teabags.
The restaurant and bar served tea in builders mugs with the teabag still, no spoon and nowhere to put the used teabag. Food was awful and the Indian offering was all micro waved, breakfast food was a buffet, poor quality ingredients, bacon was inedible, dried up scrambled egg was enough to make you feel sick. Service was very basic, mostly designed to keep staff number to a minimum. At £180 per day we expected so much more!

From start to finish Travis was so helpful, communication first class and delighted with watch that arrived today. Will definitely be back for more!

It was such a relief to actually talk to a medical professional that had time to listen, rather than being rushed in and out of my GP's surgery where they are only allowed 10 minutes for each patient.

Love the watch, communication with the customer could be better; always me asking them what's happening. They always responded, but would li9ke them to be more proactive.

Unfortunately the business was dissolved on 1st August 2023. Philip was a great guy, but obviously the business didn't work out for him. I only found out because our system monitoring was not activated once the contract expired

Great company and great service, just avoid Federal Express for delivery; they were worse than useless!

I had ordered 10 items, one box arrived with 6 items and the other had 3 items. The a second delivery arrived with another box with one item about 20 minutes later? (Both drivers were great).

The service was great, everything as promised with next day delivery (after the weekend) even though it was only ordered late evening on Friday. I would definitely use this company again

The product ordering was easy and the communication from that point to delivery was excellent, we will definitely use this company again (and the price was good too!)

The delivery/installation guys, bodged the filter installation and left it with two where only one was required and one was an incompatible filter any. Have left feedback for ao which has been completely ignored. All now sorted personally but had to spend several hours sorting things out. A refund of the installation fee would show some gesture of goodwill.

My first real use and yes it provides a degree of comfort that your payment is being honestly process. I was concerned that i had to fill inbank details but checked the web address and it cam back as OK

I ordered a large printer and it was delivered in less than 24 hours! Nothing else to say.
