Bought for my wife i ordered the gift box along side my perfume order and it arrived packed ...the order arrived quickly despite it being christmas so very happy about that ...the perfume was very good value at a great price ...was very happy with my order and will definitely buy from them again

Bunch of robbers i changed my pets details and it cost me £25 then i receive an dmail saying my dog had been unregistered and had to pay another £18.95 to put him back on the register ...a bunch of criminals swerve them

Took out legal insurance and they put us with carpenters solicitors who are diabolical so will never use aviva again ...low balled my car value as well ...they may as well have been working for the person who ran into us ..will never use them again terrible service

I first thought its a lot of money for a pillow but i eventually took a gamble and bought one and the first night i realised i had made the best decision ever ...i have had fantastic sleep and no neck problems since that first night ...best investment ever ...i bought one for my wife after she tried mine out and would buy more if i had more beds ....best pillow ever

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and hasn't been sent i rang regarding it and a lady who couldn't be bothered said she would sort it and still nothing .. rang again and just made up a bucket full of excuses ...just kept saying it was the warehouse teams fault and couldn't really be bothered ..i will be phoning again tomorrow for a refund and will never use them again ..customer service was diabolical to be honest...dreadful company ...re ordered with another company ..my order number was 23577584

Absolutely disgusting company took an order ..never sent my goods ..but took my money in a heartbeat ...contacted them about it but never acknowledged what they have done ..then got a snotty email saying if i didn't pay them it would ruin my credit rating ...looks like i will be going to small claims court ...would never use them again ...a truely terrible company with zero customer service ...avoid at all costs

Moved my holiday due to covid 19 and the price got doubled for the exact same week so catch 22 lose my holiday or get rinsed will not be ever using again after this time exremely unhappy customer
