Terrible company.
As with most wholesalers they seem lovely when they want your business and then are anything but.

Whenever they make a mistake like delivering beer 4 months out of date you are always told you are wrong.

I have the Sumup POS Lite. It is awful in every single way. The screen is almost unusable and when you try and type it is so sensitive it is almost impossible to type anything quickly. There is also no way of adding a discount to an order either before or during checkout. So if you wanted to add a 10% off you cannot do this.

If you contact their customer service you are left waiting for days. I have actually still not had any reply whatsoever after 4 days.
Definitely do not recommend. Rather try one of the others. I am stuck now as have paid over £400 for the system

They replied on trustpilot but still not heard anything from them even though they said they have escalated my query about 2 very simple questions they just can’t seem to answer. Why I cannot connect the solo printer to the pos and why I can’t add any discounts to a transaction it seems this question is so hard it is taking them almost a week to answer it

Horrific advice on website telling people virginmedia business is good. went on the recommendation and could not be more sorry. Worst company i have ever dealt with. But cable.co.uk gives them 5 stars.

Currys is such a scam company. They advertise Blink outdoor cameras at crazy prices then when you order a minute later you get an email to say your order is cancelled. How is this awful company still in business. They don’t even offer any sort of explanation

Their reply:
The branch that you have selected does not have stock I am afraid and therefore the orders are getting auto cancelled. (Even though it shows as in stock)

From previous experience also, as the item is listed with 24 Pence at the end on the price, this would indicate to myself that this is an end of line item. We do this usually when an item is going to be discontinued to get rid of stock. It probably is that the product is only available within a few locations of the UK at the moment and it will be removed when these are bought up.

After that reply I see today they are full priced again and available everywhere.
Trading standards/ ASA would have a field day I’m sure.

Great toy, but for the initial price you would expect them not to continue to rip you off with their sleeve prices. Most are over £40 and £33 delivery. Honestly not sure how some companies can think we are all just stupid

Virgin seemed very keen to get me all signed up but since then you’re basically on your own.
After installation have received no information or welcome information on how to actually use my services. Absolutely no information at all about anything.

Also they only guarantee half of their speeds
So on my 1gb £69/month I get 500mb
So you would think I should be on their 600mb package which costs £49 but I was told on a 500mb package you will get 250mb. All just sounds like a con tbh.

the only saving grace is some of their customer service people are excellent.

Not great experience so far but I only have another 23 months of it.

Ordered a sofa that I was told was available for immediate delivery. Paid the premium John Lewis charges and still waiting almost 3 months and received nothing!! Loads of phone calls and the latest is that it will be mid March. What a joke

Supposed to have had delivery today. The time frame has come and gone. When they did arrive 3 hours late they had the WRONG sofa yet again. What a diabolical service from what might as well be a dodgy firm on Facebook

They have great prices although thinking it’s all a con as after having my order for over a week they messaged the day before it was meant to be delivered to tell me they can only deliver it in 30 days time

They are keeping money that was paid to me for over a month in pending. How dare they keep your money and earn interest in it for something the buyer has received and said they happy with.
Awful in every way.

Horrific experience. Still not received my order after been told it would be delivered last week Friday. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. I was then told it would be delivered today and again nothing.
Chris Mills Promised to get back to me and have as yet heard nothing. Either they are a scam or just have no regard for their customers.
Definitely beware!!
UPDATE 6/12/21
Received the chairs but no table today. I was not informed at any stage that my table would not be delivered. So will now have to wait in again and take time off work for the table to arrive and have as yet heard nothing from them

I have now been told the table I’ve paid thousands of pounds for has been damaged somewhere (have no idea where as have never seen it) and they need to access the damage.
Can’t understand how this is my problem. Just send me what I have paid for or REFUND me what I’ve paid. I don’t care if it’s damaged or what the damage is I want a brand new table.
Seriously stay far away from this company!!

Thanks for your reply although Sarah the manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing either as I told her last week I want the table and then the glass can be sent afterwards. Then today Andrew called and asked if I still wanted the table to be delivered. So just sounds like some business being conducted in a garage.
Also I have had zero apology or compensation or discount on my order which I still don’t have and heavens knows when I’ll actually get the glass too as no one can answer that for me.
Let’s wait and see if the table arrives tomorrow as promised not that I can use it without a top anyway…..

Good night sleep guarantee is a joke
After 2 weeks no one has responded to any of my emails at all. Should be changed to non-existent customer service guarantee

Croydon feels more like a hostel than a premier inn. Pillows are old and flat and you are not given a choice like at any other premier inn. No alarm clock on tv that is very hard to operate.

Customer service non existent contacted them over a week ago and no reply whatsoever.

Terrible nights sleep

Beat customer service ever, Aaron replied to my email super fast and remedied everything. Excellent coffee and cake too.
