I had reservations about the legitimacy of the gift cards on the website but those were quickly abated once I read through the FAQ and understood how the website works. The only cards that Cardpool posts are ones they have vetted and have ensured work. Not only are the gift cards legitimate, but also my experience with the customer service has been great.

If I had one gripe - I don't quite understand why the electronic gift cards would not be transferred immediately. There is often a one day lag time which makes spur of the moment purchases slightly less satisfactory.
