Walked in and saw Reece, showed him the order number. He collected the order then carried it out to the car without any prompting and helped us get the item in the car.
He was so polite and friendly.

I have had my Lay-Z-Spa for nearly a year and I love it, I keep it on the warm setting and just turn it up if I want a lunch time laze, or if the girls are due for a catch up!
