Having purchased TechSilver’s waterproof GPS tracking/SOS device with annual subscription, I have to say that the device ‘works’ and works properly. It tracks where my aged wife goes every minute, and the SOS button on the side rings my phone and my son’s phone when pressed, to open a telephone conversation. And I can 'ring the GPS device to open a conversation. This is peace of mind for both my wife and me, besides our adult children .It’s not the cheapest device on the market but it works. (Other cheaper devices that I have tried turn out to be totally useless and not fit for purpose.)
The GPS device comes with both written instructions and a second to none video on how to set-up an operate the device and AIBEILE App, and the video also comes with shorter broken down sections, for easy reference.
I have experienced some initial issues in setting up the device with the AIBEILE App that runs the GPS tracker,
however, TechSilver’s customer service is again second to none. Emailing the company on three issues, has generated a resolving reply almost immediately, on each occasion; the last occasion being at 9.pm on a Saturday night when I needed some technical advice. - I expected a reply on Monday morning after the weekend, but I received a resolving reply at 01.25 on Sunday morning.
How’s that for service. TechSilver’s customer Service is without any hesitation, exceptional!
No, it’s not cheap, but it is good, it works on the GPS and mobile phone system, and you get what you pay for, complete with that reassuring and almost immediate resolving customer sevice.

Having ordered a 6-metre DIY lightweight scaffold tower, and as per the BPS website, I expected delivery the next day. Instead I received an e-mail message explaining that due to heavy demand, they were currently out of stock, but were shortly expecting a re-stock.
A week later, I received an email from BPS stating that my order was now complete and that delivery would be the next day.
Mid morning the following day DX Couriers delivered, but only half of my order!
An e-mail message to customer services at BPS explaining that my order was not complete generated an auto-reply acknowledging the receipt of my message and the following morning. DX Couriers delivered the rest of my order.
This was followed up the same day by a full explanation from BPS Customer Services stating that my ‘complete order' was dispatched to DX Couriers, whom, upon BPS investigation, only delivered one
-part of the two-item order,
Whilst there was a ‘mix-up’ with my order, following an initial and disappointing out-of-stock message, I have to say that the customer service that I have received from BPS has been second to none.
If other on-line businesses were to follow BPS’s excellent customer relations, then the whole concept of on-line purchasing would generally be a much improved experience.

Firstly, excellent service from Dyson, ordered in the afternoon and delivered next morning
Horrendously expensive for a vacuum cleaner. It does the job it is supposed to do and does it well and does it easily.
However, the product still continues to have the same design fault that my old Absolute-6, now defunct, had: I am a man with a hand that normal size-9 glove will fit on to and the room available within the handle will only allow me to insert three-fingers, and with one of those fingers operating the trigger it only leaves two-fingers and thumb to hold and use the machine.
Please, Dyson, enlarge the room within the handle of your excellent cleaners to accommodate a man’s whole hand. Your customer users are not all petite ladies with tiny hands!

Excellent sales outlet, Wex have most items in stock, always informed and updated about the order status, which are dispatched early and then trackable.
Lowepro Toploader Pro 75 AW11 arrived within three days. An excellent, robust, well designed and constructed professional camera bag. All pros and no cons.

Can’t fault Wex, I always get good service and delivery is when stated.
Prices are always comparable with the othe well known general outlet and I know that I’m not getting a ‘grey’ product which will question any post-purchase service.

Shrub, was invented in the days of old to mask the flavour of those spirits, smuggled into Cornwall, which became tainted with salt-water. Shrub is still marketed today to a secret recipe by Phillips of Bristol and is the perfect accompaniment to rum, particularly to make up an after-dinner liqueur.

After much trawling, even through Cornwall, both on foot and on-line, I found that Shrub is almost impossible to secure locally, however, my enquiries at 'The Drink Shop' showed that they stocked the product and that it was readily available; it was delivered to me, securely packaged, within three-working days, on a stated day of delivery and by a courier who e-mailed me early in the morning to tell me at approximately what time the delivery would be made on that day. You can't get better service than that!

I have my Shrub and it came in plenty of time for Christmas!
