Can't find a customer service email for Biffa. I'm keen to talk to you about the appalling stench coming from the waste recycling centre in Stanwell Moor. Our local councillor advised it is coming from the Biffa refuse trucks parked on the site which itself is a dry waste recycling centre.

Impossible to contact the company. Their products are regressing, useful features are left off later phones, e.g. the blink light feature been omitted. It's so useful. The three buttons on the bottom of the screen been replaced with one bar. If I had known this I would have bought a different phone. Now I'm stuck with this one for three years at least

Fantastic company supplying a wide range of beautiful blinds in all styles, with a wide range of fabrics and patterns. Customer service for me was second to none. James on the chat help desk was so patient and professional when I needed advice on the blinds I had bought. Highly recommended.

What a refreshing experience. UPS' courier rang the doorbell, waited for me to answer, handed my parcel over with a smile, closed the gate on leaving. Evri, take note of how a parcel should be delivered.

Evri communicate brilliantly throughout the whole delivery process. However, they are consistently let down by their final delivery couriers. They never ring or knock, leave parcels in full view of road, today I received a parcel which would have fitted through the letterbox but it was left to soak on the wet porch floor. In fairness, this seems to be the default for most delivery companies, when will they learn it's not acceptable, something needs to change and soon.

247 blinds were difficult to communicate with, phone not answered, chat not responded to for more than 24 hours. The blind fabric we chose was not suitable for a bathroom, despite clearly stating on the request for a sample it was for a bathroom. When I requested a sample of a material which was suitable for a bathroom, it was out of stock. Website more interested in showing alternative fabrics than showing details of the chosen fabric which I eventually found at the very bottom.

I would have given 5* if only the courier would knock or ring the doorbell!!! I have to rely on eBay advising my parcel has been delivered. Everything else is perfect, great communication, tracking, care of the parcel. It all falls down at the last hurdle every time.

Bright store, easy parking, brilliant range of tiles, adhesives and accessories, knowledgeable, helpful staff.

The only reason I gave Topps Tiles 4* was because of the misleading labelling on the tiles I chose. The label boasted 30% off, but actually referred to the tiles beneath the flash, even though the flash was on the tiles I chose and eventually bought at full price with no discount. My advice would be, if you do buy from Topps Tiles carefully check all the small print on the labels. Buyer beware.

Never had issues with Affinity Water, they replaced my broken stop tap when I moved here, then replaced it with a meter, when that became unreadable a smart water meter was fitted. All good.

It would be even better, and I would have awarded 5*, if they fixed leaks on the road as quickly as they keep sending me emails to economise on my water usage.

Good prices, no exit fees, great communication, easy to switch.

Cost effective, simple to order, pay and print label in store, swift delivery, great tracking and communication throughout, parcel obviously cared for as no damage, left in safe place. Couldn't be better. Many thanks.

An update. As requested I reached out via WhatsApp, Virgin couldn't have been more unhelpful. Appalling
company.

Virgin media street box engineers show no respect for the residents. New box installed, cigarette ends, empty packets, insulation tape, mud & stones scattered all over the path and road, had to ask the council to sweep the area. Later on the box was commissioned, again cigarette ends and this time labelled lengths of wire scattered on the pavement. Cowboy outfit.

Cycle bottle holders exactly as described. Brilliant communication; dispatch and delivery lightning fast. Great first time experience, will definitely use Komodo Sports from now on.

Fantastic company, Jamie couldn't have been more helpful even though I changed the dimensions I needed a quote for three times. When the polycarbonate sheet arrived it was so well wrapped, and fitted perfectly. Their courier, Parcelforce was equally good. Texting me at all stages of the delivery process and delivering within the stated time window. I'm really pleased and will certainly use/recommended Sheet Plastics in the future. Ref. Virgin have employed apalling contractors in the Stanwell Moor area. After installation of a new box, the worksite, road and pavement left covered in mud, discarded cigarette ends, cigarette packets, insulation tape rolls and packing tape. Obviously no supervision of the labourers or the supervisor doesn't care.
Virgin media cabinets are frequently left open, when reported they are simply secured with tape.
Avoid.

Nasty bank. Doesn't reply to letters, gives notice of account closure with no reason given, avoid! Lloyds is so much better. Looking forward to Nigel Farage setting up a forum where the little person's voice can be heard against these arrogant, incompetent, uncaring bankers.
