Outflow from washing machine overflowing. First plumber cleared out outflow pipes which would have fixed the problem, but sadly seal in u-bend was old so turned out to leak post fix. However, second operative turned up promptly the next day and replaced trap fitting and all good.

Ordered two floral gifts for family for Easter. Both excellent, but had to amend the address on one order and the system to get in touch to do this cumbersome and time consuming. Sent email immediately error noted. When no reply 5 hours later had to use 'live chat' to get sorted as no telephone number and process took 25 minutes. Perhaps a bit more in terms of 'real' customer contact points?

Order taken with no stock holding. Only told no stock holding 7 days after original order made and then told were hoping for deliveries within a further week with despatch 7 days after that. Found alternative supplier who provided within 5 days from order to collection at lower price
