Chocked by the high fees!
I thought the fees charged were high on top of the 20% commission! I have used other providers and don’t remember being chocked by the fees.

Firstly you didn’t inform me that my passport didn’t upload so before using your service I had to upload my passport again.
Secondly I paid the money into your Barclays account immediately and you did not send it to the recipient bank account with the same speed.
As you make money from the exchange rate the transactions should be simple and speedy.

Reazonable bids placed - immediate response.
Have used Shiply twice now. I needed to transport a shipment: first occasion from Hull to London - second occasion from London to Hull and each time was a pleasant, positive experience.
