No driver

When I arrived, there was no driver. It was a greeter coordinating me and 5 others into different taxis.

I booked to meet a driver. That is what was advertised. If I wanted to hang around while someone coordinates a car for me I would just use an uber and do it myself.

It was okay.

It was okay.

The website makes lots of claims about "professional help to claim eligible expenses and tax relief".

But that's not the case, and tax advice is 100% outside the service they offer.

When it works

When it works, it's amazing

When it doesn't you have to deal with their support, which is just useless

When they finally reply, you will be flooded with templated messages when a few words could do

Was promised they would email me a time…

Was promised they would email me a time slot - never sent

Driver arrived without notice and then abused me for not being home and screamed at me when I mentioned not having a slot sent

Interestingly this is the second time I have been screamed at by a Lovespace driver

The other time Lovepsace offered me $50 to remove the negative review which I believe is against the Trust Pilot T&Cs

Re: their response

The new day was confirmed several days ago. There was never an agreed slot. However I asked if you would email me one, and your team said you would the night before. And didn't.

I requested a new driver as the first one screamed at me. The second one was equally rude as you know. If you can't train your drivers to behave like human beings, don't expect me to let them in my home.

As you originally booked for the 21st on our system, this resulted in technical issues as we moved the order to the 20th as requested by you late notice, however, we apologise that you did not receive an updated time slot. We do always ask that our customers are available throughout the full day.

Furthermore, our driver phoned you to notify you of their arrival this morning, which is then when you requested a different team to return your items, which we fulfilled within an hour.

Any refund that has been processed would have been as a gesture of goodwill as the outstanding balance was not cleared.

Called to organise a return and the support agent was rude aggressive and petulant

The fact that Amazon delivers better customer service and is significantly cheaper is just mind blowing to me

Do not use

Do not use, their customer service is appalling.

Fine when nothing goes wrong, but if you have an issue you are 100% left to repeat the same thing to 50 different agents. Each individual message you send over the app is assigned to a new agent.

Edit: ignore their reply. If you send 20 messages you will have many, many different ages, most of whole will not re-read the context. What they've written is simply a lie.

The email and customer support gave me totally different, confusing advice.

No idea how to complete the customs form and can't risk sending it without clarity.

App says the transfer will be in minutes. I called in. Turns out minutes can mean 6 hours. I then had an argument with the agent over the meaning of the word minutes. Thanks Dan!

Absolutely horrible service today

Absolutely horrible service today. I $30,000 payment has gone missing and they can only *try* and get me a call with a person within 24 hours.

As well as that the chat-style support interface is just useless.

Doesn't work in Argentina. Really inconsistent which is very unfortunate if you're relying on your phone. 3-5 just to process a refund. Avoid.

A comedy airline

A comedy airline. I pushed back my flight a month. They took payment + sent me an email saying flight had changed.

New flight details... were the same as the current one.

Called up and the message says they can't take the call and hung up.
