We’re happy that we were able to assist you, but we’re sorry we were unable to fully meet your expectations. We aim to be clear about what’s included in our service, and while we provide professional support with tax return preparation and filing, tax advice isn’t part of our standard package.

For customers who need more tailored advice or help with claiming eligible expenses and tax relief, we do offer a separate consultation service. We completely understand that this may not have been clear and we’re grateful for the chance to explain it now.

As you originally booked for the 21st on our system, this resulted in technical issues as we moved the order to the 20th as requested by you late notice, however, we apologise that you did not receive an updated time slot. We do always ask that our customers are available throughout the full day.

Furthermore, our driver phoned you to notify you of their arrival this morning, which is then when you requested a different team to return your items, which we fulfilled within an hour.

Any refund that has been processed would have been as a gesture of goodwill as the outstanding balance was not cleared.

As with all international shipments customs documents are needed, whatever the content. Parcel2go does not make these rules, as this is a legal requirement now since Brexit.
