Parcel left outside the gate in front of a perfectly good parcel box. No attempt to call and gain entry … simply dumped on the ground in the road.

Woeful online portal means you have to wait 45-60 mins in a telephone queue for the simplest booking changes. On arrival at port ‘computer faults’ on 3 separate trips have delayed boarding and disembarkation. ‘Technical ramp faults’ at Hull mean only one vehicle deck at a time can be loaded/unloaded - so if you are on an upper vehicle deck anticipate waiting at least an hour before even being called down to the car deck. Only 2 kiosks open when 4 could be in operation. Condition and cleanliness of ‘Pride of Hull and Rotterdam’ ferries and cabins is a disgrace. Likely as not there will be a ‘Cash Only’ sign on the bar because the point of sales system has failed - again!

Been with BeMoto for 3 years now. Initially struggled to find a multi-bike policy that wasn't simply several polices glued together with an attendant ridiculous premium. These guys and gals always go the extra mile to find the right solution even when I have added bikes that are outside the normal appetite for insurers.

Accurate description. Good communication with owner. Convenient and secure location. Easy to find.

Ended up paying £25 for a single ridge end cap tile once extortionate shipping charges were added ... and 2 weeks later still no sign of it.

This product was recommended by a joiner and for good reason. It has now been used on 120sqm of sanded oak floor, a 3 story oak banister and a draining board. Goes on easy, looks fantastic and look to be tough. It’s just about to get its first try out on a ceramic floor. Not cheap but worth the investment.
