Contacted Mountain Warehouse regarding a delayed refund following a return id made. I provided the tracking reference to show it had reached the retailer and within 5 minutes I was fully refunded!

While it was a shame the refund didn’t appear when it should and I had to get in touch. These things happen sometimes, and I cannot fault the service I’ve received when contacting customer care.

Special mention to Danielle who dealt with my query today. Thank you and please don’t change! Great service!!!

Friendly staff, very helpful, and a good choice of vehicles when I visited. I felt I was given good advice not just a sales pitch which put me at ease. It wasn't the hard sell and the sales rep I dealt with took the time to understand my situation to work with me on the best method to purchase, talking through finance, PCP and personal loan options.

Easy to use website. Not much I can say other than I’ve taken a chance and purchased a few chances to win the house of my dreams while helping charity.

I did get a deal emailed to me to entice me into entering. The deal gave me more entries into the draw than just going via website. Naturally if I win, this review can be edited to 5 stars…

Took just over a week to arrive but was ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas so it arrived in time for the big day. Kids love it. I can’t say how comfy it is, I’ve not been allowed to sit on it yet.

Placed order Tuesday evening and all my products arrived in post on Thursday morning. I couldn't have got it quicker even if I'd driven to the depot to collect it.

The cost attracted me initially to use the site, but having received such good delivery. I will use chemist direct again.
