Confusing resubmission process, helpful customer support.

I was attracted by the low price and acceptance guarantee, but after I took the photo and went to check out, discovered that the advertised price didn't include the acceptance guarantee. I went ahead with the base charge only. Immediately after my payment was processed the site told me that the photo wasn't acceptable. I got an email inviting me to submit a new photo for free, so I took one and uploaded it. It went through the process and seemed to say it looked good - but then I got an email saying they'd had to correct it, sending me to a download page that seemed to be asking for another $16.95 payment. So I didn't download it and posted a 2-star review. I heard immediately from Aleksandra in customer support, who explained that I was sent to that page because the second submission technically opened a new transaction, but no more payment was required. She also attached the photo. So I upgraded from 2 to 4 stores for the prompt resolution.
