Like many others I mistakenly thought that the company ukclothes.net was based in the UK. I ordered a cat print jumper for my wife and I received a totally different item about 5 weeks later. I asked to return the item and obtain a refund and spent weeks having non productive emails with the company in which they offered compensation of £3, £5 and £7 before then offering £2. Despite the returns policy on their website they would not let me return the wrongly delivered item. I eventually gave up and received a refund through my credit card company.
