Systems intended to push more product / scam
Everything seemed to go well but then an online scam began. I was incorrectly told I had no refills, I was tricked into purchasing more; then I waste more time fighting for a refund. Then the entire scam initiates again. I will likely end up contacting the state District Attorney's Office. Today again I was told I had no refills; so today will be noted as the latest scam - though this is a ongoing / reoccurring issue.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback Shelley. We offer many different treatment plans and many include automatic refills. In those cases, you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication.
