Wasn't sure about buying from a third party like this, but their prices were good enough for me to give it a try given the good reviews. I was horrified to realize after placing my order that I had ordered the wrong Airpods Pro Case, and sent their support team an email outside of working hours. I was thrilled when they responded within minutes and canceled my order without asking any questions. My new case, which I bought used came quickly and was very clean with almost no visible wear. Really happy that I purchased from Recell and would do it again despite being uncertain when I initially purchased.
