Placed an online order Sunday night for 5 items (cake mixes, frostings, candles) for my son's birthday cake, planned on doing the pickup after work. After not getting an email about my order I called the store and guest service was told they cannot do anything about the order I must wait for an email. It's Tuesday afternoon, still nothing and again was told I must wait. Cancelling order and going to bakery as I need the cake today.
