I recently ordered ski bibs from Target online. It was indicated that the bibs run a size small, therefore I ordered a size larger. One other reason I ordered online is I could take them to my local Target for a refund, Well, the things swallowed me up. WAY too large. So, I was happy I could conveniently return them. So, I got my refund, MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGE!
I filled out a customer survey. I received an email reply from Service and Engagement stating their policy is to NOT refund shipping charges. So, no more shopping online with Target.
