The company gave me barely any updates on order tracking, then when it arrives it looked promising. While assembling I noticed the armrests fit too loose and apparently thats the intended way! The lumbar support keeps falling down after I adjust it! For FIVE HUNDRED euros I had expected something that works exactly like advertised all across social media!
Stay away from this brand!!!
