I believe there is a misunderstanding. Allow me to explain. There is a tab on every product page labeled, "Our Bottles". It shows every bottle size we carry. In addition, it shows each size 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml, exactly where it is filled and how many sprays. Very handy to tell exactly what you will receive. The red envelope your order arrived in has a Thank You card with this same information on the back.

Your order was for 1ml samples. Which means, each bottle would be one third full. It would not be filled to the top. Now, why do we do this? Because we understand that when purchasing such a small amount of fragrance, you want to atomize the fragrance with a spray instead of those dabber thingy's. For 1ml samples, they do not make a bottle, with a spray top and also filled to the top. I hope this explains your situation. You can verify this information for yourself.
