This has been an incredibly frustrating…

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. This was the third jacket I’ve purchased from this company, and I’ve already had to return two prior orders because their sizing is extremely difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was even worse.

I spent six weeks going back and forth with a customer support chat agent named Johnny trying to get help determining the correct size. The support was incredibly unhelpful. I was repeatedly asked the same questions over and over, with no indication that any of the information I had already provided was being retained. Despite weeks of communication, I was never given a clear sizing recommendation, which defeats the entire purpose of reaching out for support.

When I finally placed my order, I realized shortly after that my shipping address had defaulted to an old address. I emailed the company immediately to have it corrected. My email was never responded to, and despite the fact that the order didn’t ship for about four days, it still went out to the wrong address.

When I followed up again, I was told that because I had USPS mail forwarding, it would be fine since the package was coming through FedEx and would still be routed through USPS. That ended up not being true, and the package was delivered to the wrong address anyway.

On top of all of that, I also had a coupon that was not honored after the purchase, which added another layer of frustration.

Overall, this has been a terrible customer service experience, a confusing sizing experience, and an unnecessarily difficult ordering process. After three attempts and multiple issues, I can confidently say I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
