Absolutely horrible experience

Namitha John Shah, FNP-BC, abruptly stopped my venlafaxine prescription without any warning or guidance. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I expected professional care, but instead I was left completely unable to taper safely, putting my mental and physical health at serious risk. There was zero support or explanation, and I felt completely abandoned by the staff during a critical time. Their lack of communication and care is shocking, especially for a service handling essential medications. I strongly advise anyone considering RedBox R.X to think twice — they are unprofessional and unreliable when it comes to managing prescriptions that affect your health.
