Follow up Review

So after my initial review on 12/24, Adam who says he's the Customer Relations Manager reached out to me weeks later to resolve my order issue. My 3 seater with ottoman came the day before on Dec. 23 which was 2 months late, without the white slip covers and all the cushions were made of cheap battingl that flatten when you sit on it and not the 100% goose down as advertised. He offered me a total refund which I have not been given and said I could keep the sofa as well and my slip covers were on the way. Well, from Dec 31 when the covers were supposedly ordered and being shipped by FedEx, I did not receive them until Feb 12 and not in the white that I originally ordered, not in the beige that was offered to me after receiving my sofa and no covers, but cream. Mind you, they still have not addressed the issue of the cushions. Where is this great customer service I've been reading in other reviews because I'm completely puzzled by the lack there of. Adam or Andrew, if you get this message, I need you to call me asap.
