I had inadvertently selected a rolling subscription with this company but was no longer requiring the tracking device.
I contacted the company explaining the situation and Cyrus dealt with my request efficiently.
The fee was refunded immediately and was back in my account within 3 days. It was a great relief to me and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
